Greg’s career started in real estate sales 20 years ago on the Gold Coast before moving to Sydney’s North Shore in 1996 and working in residential sales in Lindfield.
He went from the real estate sales environment to a training and coaching role where he was able to use industry experience to mentor and guide other successful sales and management personnel.
Greg has a comprehensive tertiary education relating to Real Estate, Business Management and Business Coaching and has written multiple training programs for sales and negotiation techniques as well as being a highly regarded presenter and public speaker.
His strengths at Advocate Property Services include seizing great opportunities and recognizing how to turn property into
positive cashflow. His strong rapport and network of industry contacts provides great pre-market leads for APS clients.
Greg has an investment portfolio in NSW and Queensland. He is mad for DIY renovation especially when he sees true value
and an opportunity to turn a project into cash flow.
